Project Management Support in Construction and Automotive Industries

Do you want to step into a role where you can work broadly, closely with business, and manage multiple projects simultaneously? We are looking for someone who is confident in their technical foundation but is also curious about taking on greater responsibility in project coordination, planning, and leadership.

About the Role

You will join a recognized team and initially serve as project support to senior project managers in the construction and/or automotive industry. At first, you will focus on supporting several parallel projects, which may involve everything from writing workplace and project plans to developing technical descriptions, calculations, or support materials for meetings and presentations. Furthermore, you will keep track of documentation and ensure that the project runs according to plan.

The role is analytical, communicative, and coordinating. You will enter a group that is constantly looking for the right project for the right person, where junior consultants can grow in line with their responsibilities and competencies.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passionate interest in project management and the structure and technology that accompany it. You have previous experience in leading meetings, enjoy creating clear presentations, and have an eye for detail. You are communicative, curious, and take initiative. You like to build relationships, understand the overall picture of projects, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Requirements

Relevant post-secondary education
Experience in a leading role in a relevant field
Swedish and English in spoken and written form
Driving license (B)

Meritorious

Knowledge of construction law, calculations, and project documentation
